Delivery

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of order being placed. However, some of our lovely fabric products are specially made to order for you, for example we hold very little stock of our lampshades, therefore despatch time for these items will be increased. If the lead time is going to be considerably long, we will email you to let you know.

We recycle packaging where possible to reduce waste, however you can be sure your parcel will be well wrapped to prevent damage in transit. To minimise packaging waste, the products are not gift-wrapped as standard.

We use Royal Mail or DPD. Small Items are FREE. Standard Shipping is £3.95.

Free UK Local Collection/Delivery - If you are in the local area of Halifax/West Yorkshire,UK (HX2) and wish to collect your order please e-mail hello@ruthholly.co.uk and we will give you the full info on the process. We can also deliver orders over £150 within a 15-mile radius free of charge.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges are out of our control, and vary from country to country depending on the products ordered and the rates of duty and charges imposed by the country in which you live. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Ruth Holly is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Ruth Holly to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You’ve trusted us with your hard earned money, now we want you to be able to love and cherish your new purchase. However, if you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To return or exchange a product, please email us at hello@ruthholly.co.uk. You'll need to have your order number and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: goods that are bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Disclaimer

Our range of products are handmade and the design process is organic, therefore some items are subject to slight variations in colours, pattern placement, and exact measurements, though these do not effect the overall appearance of the design.

We take great care to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reflect the colours of the actual products. 

Interior fabrics can be affected by light, we recommend that they are positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect them from fading and premature wear and aging. Hand spot wash gently with mild detergent only.

We try to use recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible to reduce waste, however not every material used is strictly organic.
